Rita was a beautician in her early career, she also worked many years at IBM. After retiring she became an entrepreneur, raising Emu's, and selling Emu products. She enjoyed painting, gardening, playing the piano, cooking, taking care of grandchildren and being with family. Rita was always on hand to make a meal of lend assistance to a friend.
Rita is preceded in death by a grandson, Tucker Von Lintel and her former husband Gary Von Lintel; her brothers Gilbert Rajewski, James Rajewski and her sisters MaryCatherine Nowak and Theresa Robben. She is survived by her husband Don Gibson of Firestone and her sister, her six children, twelve grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00pm, followed by Rosary Prayers at 7 on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at the Ahlberg Funeral Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00am Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Saint Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church. Interment at Foothills Gardens of Memory.
