Lloyd Robert Blevins, 92, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Friday in Laurel Land Memorial Park of Fort Worth. He was born in Keller on Jan. 20, 1920. Lloyd served in the United States Navy from 1942 to 1945 aboard the USS Hermitage in World War II and was honorably discharged. Lloyd was a small-business owner and later retired from General Dynamics in Fort Worth as an aircraft assembler. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eula Mae Criss Blevins; his son, Ronald Terry Blevins; and his daughter, Vicki Elaine Blevins Gemeny. Survivors: He is survived by his son, Randy Joe Blevins; grandchildren, Christopher Gemeny, Jason Blevins, Erin Duke and Traci Walters; great-granddaughter, Olivia Mae Duke.
