Robert Charles Buckley, is the same person as Charles Levi Shields (Bunner). When his biological mother died in childbirth in 1924 it appears he and his two sisters Evelyn & Catherine Francis Bunner were adopted by their maternal grandparents (Margaret's parents). In the 1930 census all three children show as living with Alexander F and Sarah A Buckley.
