HILLIARD--Andrew (Jack) Keith, 47, Hilliard, a former Glouster resident, died Thursday in Columbus, after an extended illness.

Born in Glouster, he was the son of the late William R. and Opal Carpenter Keith.

He is survived by his wife, Janice M; five daughters, Mrs. Debbie Crombach, Mrs. Joyce Cosimati, both of Columbus, Cynthia, Paula, and Michelle, all of the home; and two grandchildren; five brothers, William R. of Plains City, Dennis of Shawnee Hills, Larry of Newark, Chester and Richard, both of Glouster; six sisters, Mrs. Bertine Stevens of Birmingham, AL, Mrs. Betty Reece of Hilliard, Mrs. Anne Lemoine of Newark, Mrs. Alice Noon of Caldwell, Mrs. Mary Funk of Glouster, and Mrs. Connie Stahl of Springboro.

Services will be Monday, 1 p.m. in the Church of Christ, Glouster, with Ronald Ellington and Tom Crafton. Burial will be in the Maplewood Cemetery.

Masonic services will be held Sunday evening.
