Ralph L. Linebaugh, 88, formerly of East Berlin, died Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at The Brethren Home Community. He was the husband of Claire R. (Seidenstricker) Linebaugh, who died in 1983. Born April 20, 1915 in Paradise Twp., York County, he was a son of the late Amos and Lucy (Stine) Linebaugh. He retired from Allis Chalmers in 1981 and served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was a member of St. Paul's Red Run United Church of Christ in East Berlin; member of Liberty Fire Company No. 1, East Berlin; member of International Association of Machinists, District 9, Lodge 1400; and he participated in East Berlin Senior Center Activities. He is survived by three sons, Larry C. Linebaugh of Codorus, Lee R. Linebaugh of Lexington, Ky. and Ricky L. Linebaugh of Red Lion; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three brothers, Earl 'Jim' Linebaugh of Abbottstown, Merl Linebaugh of Gettysburg and Glenn 'Skip' Linebaugh of Dover; and four sisters, Dorothy Sterner of Dover, Anna Bankert of East Berlin, Sadie Wilt of New Oxford and Ruth Krout of York. The service will be held at St. Paul's Red Run United Church of Christ, 6623 Davidsburg Road, East Berlin on Saturday at 11 a.m. with his pastor, the Rev. Bonnie Whitter, officiating. Burial will be in Red Run Church Cemetery
