PETER P. TIENOR (d. 1964)

Peter Tienor, 66, of Rt. 2 Reedsville, Town of Rockland, died Tuesday at his home after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Reedsville Funeral Home and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic church, Clarks Mills, the Rev. Henry Arens officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Tienor was born Feb. 26, 1898 in the Town of Rockland, son of the Wencel and Julia Svatek Tienor. He attended St. Mary Parochial school. He married Isabel Moore, Sept. 19, 1932 at St. Gregory Catholic church, St. Nazianz. The couple farmed on the homestead farm until illness forced his retirement.

Surviving are the wife; two sons, Wencil of Cleveland, Eugene at home; seven daughters, Mrs. Paul Gintner, Valders, Mrs. Lloyd Cook, Reedsville, Mrs. Robert Werdeo, New Holstein, Mrs. Gerald Rabe, Sheboygan Falls, Mrs. Marvin Kandler, Hilbert and Julia and Sharon at home; four brothers, William of Rt. 2, Reedsville, Frank of Rt. 1, Cato, Joseph of Manitowoc and Wencil of Rt. 1 Valders, a sister, Mrs. Mary Oswald of Whitelaw and seven grandchildren. A brother and two sisters preceded him in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home this Wednesday evening where the Rosary will be recited at 8 o’clock.
