Mrs. Harry Wetenkamp, 49, of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, died at 11 a.m. Thursday at the home following an illness of four years’ duration.
Funeral services will be conducted at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Silver Lake. The
Rev. D.F. Hurley will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
The former Ida Mailand was born Oct. 6, 1904, in the Town of Manitowoc Rapids and was married in 1928. The couple always resided in Manitowoc County. She was a past member of the Christian Mothers Altar Society of St. Joseph Church.
Surviving are the husband and a son, (private); three brothers, Frank Mailand of Rt. 4, Manitowoc, Joseph Mailand of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, and Raymond Mailand of Laredo, Tex.; and two sisters, Mrs. Robert Brey of Manitowoc and Mrs. Robert Fessler of Rt. 4, Manitowoc.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Friday.
