Services for Augusta M. Smith, 85 years, 9 months, and 28 days, formally of 2200 1st St. A, Moline, are noon Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Moline, where she was a member. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline.
Visitation is 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at DeRoo Funeral Home, Moline, with a rosary recited by St. Mary's Altar and Rosary Society at 2 and a liturgy service at 7. Additional visitation is one hour prior before service Monday at the church. Memorials may be made to Pope John XXIII Library Fund.
Mrs. Smith died Thursday, October 24, 1991, at St. Anthony's Continuing Care, Rock Island.
The former Augusta M. Bleyaert was born Dec. 26, 1905, in Moline, the daughter of Camiel and Mary Barra Bleyaert. She married Cleo A. Smith September 23, 1930, in Moline. Her husband on 48 years preceded her in death November 8, 1978.
She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society at the Church.
