Horace's Obit states he was buried from the Quaker (Friends) Meeting House in Elba with his parents. He died of measles leaving a wife and 11 children.

HORACE PORTER.
North Bergen Man, Sixty Years Old, dies
of Measles—Coroner called.
Horace Porter died at his home at
North Bergen at 11 o'clock last night,
after a two days' illness with the measles.
He had not been attended by a
physician and Coroner Snow was called
to investigate the case,
Coroner Snow went to Bergen at 9:35
o'clock this morning and granted a cer-
tificate of death in accordance with the
facts. Mr. Porter was sixty years of
age. He is survived by his wife and six children.

Private Services Held at the House at
North Bergen Today—Brief*.
North Bergen, Jan. 3.—The funeral
of Horace Porter, which was private,
was held from the house today. Burial at
Quaker Hill. Mr.Porter, who died from the measles,
leaves five sons and six daughters.
