Geraldine "Kay" Michaud, 66, a life-long resident of Leavenworth, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Saturday, January 4, 2014. She was born April 23, 1947, in Leavenworth, KS Kay was married 40 years to her beloved husband, Roger, who survives at the home. Also surviving are her children; Billy Holler (Crissy), Chris Michaud (Rachelle), Lexi Baesl, and Nathan Michaud (Angelina). Kay is also survived by her mother, brothers, and sister; Alice M Hill, Barbara Zink (Gary Linaweaver), Charlie Hill (Karen), twin brother Gerald Ray Hill (Debbie), and Thomas Hill, Sr (Lena). She also leaves behind her 11 loving grandchildren; Andrew, Zack, Gage, Mason, Jordan, Tiffany, Hattie, Gavin, Tyler, Quinn, and Kieran. Kay was preceded in death by her father, Charles R. Hill, Sr., and her son Mike Holler. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 P.M Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Davis Funeral Chapel, 531 Shawnee St, Leavenworth. Funeral service will be 11:30 A.M Thursday, January 9, 2014 at the funeral chapel, Rev. William T. Nowlan officiating. Burial will follow in the Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS.
