OBITUARY

Mrs. Mary Jane Adams Webb, 93, died at 4 a.m. Sunday, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Rogers, North Holston Dr., after a long illness.
She was born and raised in Scott County, VA., and moved to Sullivan County in 1916.
Mrs. Webb had been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ for 27 years.
Her husband died in 1935.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Victoria Guy, Mrs. Amanda Rogers, Mrs. Emma Rogers, all of Kingsport; three sons, Venoah Webb, Worley Webb, and the Rev. L.H. Webb, all of Kingsport; and one sister, Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Taylor, Reedsville, N.C.; also 50 grandchildren, 70 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funderal services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, at the Church of Jesus Christ in West View Park, with the Rev. T.R. Benton, the Rev. Mac Arnold and the Rev. Arthur Crider officiating.
Burial will be in the family cemetery on North Holston Drive.
The body will remain at Hamlett Dobson Funeral Home until one hour prior to services when it will be taken to the church to lie in state. The family will receive friends at the funeral home and also at the home of the daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Rogers on North Holston Drive.
Pallbearers will be Lloyd Rogers, Jr., Henry Webb, Willard Rogers, Hagan Webb, Garland Rogers, and Clarence Webb.
