Mary L. Barron Died Yesterday
Freeman B Mills' Sister Was Married On The Mills Ranch in 1870
Mrs. Mary L. Barron passed away at her home on Sargent road Friday afternoon. She was a native of Peru, Illinois, aged 78 years, 11 months and 23 days. The deceased leaves a husband, I.C. Barron, and six children: Mrs. F.M. Dunsmore, Mrs. J.E. Peters, Mra. Hattie L. Coe, Mrs. Lillian I. Dunsmore, Mrs. Flora B. Blazer and Ira M Barron.
Mrs. Barron was the sister of Freeman B. Mills of Lodi and Mrs. Alice G. Taylor of Los Angeles.
The funeral services will be held Monday afternoon from the First M.E. Church. Interment will be made at Lodi cemetery.
Mr. and Mrs. I. C. Barron were married at the old Mills home on the lower Sacramento road on October 26, 1870. Soon after they moved to Southern California where they resided until fifteen years ago, when they returned to make their home on a part of the Mills estate.

Mrs. Mary L. Barron Dies on Ranch Where Lived as Girl
LODI OFFICE STOCKTON RECORD, Feb 17.-Funeral services for the late Mary L. Barron, who passed away yesterday at her home on Sargent road, west of this city, will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o;clock from the First M.E. church. Rev. H.E. Beeks will officiate and interment will be made in the Lodi cemetery.
Deceased was the wife of I.C. Barron. She was 78 years of age and was a native of Illinois. Mr. and Mrs. Barron were married in 1870 at the old Mills ranch on the lower Sacramento road, and shortly after moved to southern California. They returned to this section fifteen years ago.
Besides her husband, the deceased leaves the following children: Mrs. F. M. Dinsmore, J.E. Peters, Mrs. Hattie L. Coe, Mrs. Lillian I. Dinsmore, Mrs. Flora B. Blazer and Ira M. Barron. She also leaves a brother, Freeman B. Mills of Lodi, and a sister, Mrs. Alice G. Taylor of Los Angeles.
