Richard "Dick" LaVern Moe Sr., 72, of Doniphan died July 30, 2005, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mr. Moe was born June 29, 1933, in Midland, MI.
He was a member of His Palace Church in Doniphan.
He was a retired truck driver.
He was a veteran of the U.S Army serving in Korea.
He was married to Doris (Evans) Garrison on Jan. 28, 1955. She survives.
Other survivors include four daughters, Mona AuBuchon and husband, Don, of Dexter, MO; Robin Berry and husband, Marvin, of Poplar Bluff, MO; Monica Lewis and husband, Jarrod, of Poplar Bluff, MO and Lori Spencer and husband, Bill, of Coleman, MI; two sons, Rocky Moe and wife, Tina, of Doniphan, MO; and Richard "Ricky" L. Moe Jr. and wife, Cheryl, of Granite City, IL; four brothers, Bill Moe, Bob Moe and Dale Moe, all of Michigan, and Gus Moe of Germany; three sisters, Shirley Rooker, Dorothy Quick and Diane Nelson, all of Michigan; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be Tuesday in Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. Burial will follow at the Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield.
