She was born in WHitesburg Ky Sept 25 1922 the daughter of Alamander and Sally Ison Caudill. SHe married Issac "Ike" Cornett May 27 1938 he died May 29 1977.

Surviving are 10 children Kathleen Holley and Leslie Cornett of Columbus, Gale Cornett of Las Vegas, John Cornett of Paris Crossing, Mark Cornett of North Vernon, Linda Spurgeon of North Vernon, Elizabeth Ebbing of Hayden, Betty Jean Barlett of North Vernon, Carolyn Holly of Seymour, Wanda WIlson of North Vernon
