Justice married Annie Laustaunau on April 27, 1893 in Berwick. She was the sister of his brother William's wife Dorothy. Justice was very savvy with his inheritance and investments. By 1930, he owned one of the most expensive homes in Berwick and was active most of his life in civic organizations. In the 1940s he moved to Houston and later to Pt. Arthur, Texas where he died at age 83. He is buried in Berwick with his wife Annie and daughter Jessie.
