Martha Ann Brown was born In Mercer county, Aledo, Illinois, November 24. 1867 and departed this life October 27. 1926, at the age of 68 years, 11 months and 3 days.

She was baptized In the Christian church at the ago of 19.

March 26, 1870 she was united in marriage with T.E. Hubbard. To this union were born six children.

In 1900 she moved from Aledo. Illinois to Spencer, Iowa and came to Everly In 1905, where she has made her home since she was from a family of thirteen children of which ten are still living.

She leaves to mourn her going her husband, T.E. Hubbard, her six children, M.E. Conway of Ventura, Mrs. Olaf Jacobson, Spencer, James H. Hubbard, Everly, Mrs. Geo. Young, Spencer, Mrs. Floyd Huffman, Hawarden and Ernest I. Hubbard, Everly, and six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the M.E. church Friday morning.

The bereaved family has the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community.

Mrs. T. E. Hubbard of Everly died at her home last Wednesday morning, October ..27, 1926 at the age of

68 years, 11 months and 3 days. Death was due to apoplexy. .

Mrs. Hubbard waa born November 24, 1857, in Mercer county, Illinois, where she grew to young womanhood.

She was married in Illinois, and twenty-one years ago moved to Everly, where they have since resided.

She is survived by her husband, T. E. Hubbard and six children: Mrs. Bertha Conway of Ventura, Mrs.

Mary Ann Jacobson of south of Spencer, Mrs. E. B. Young of Spencer, Mrs. Fern Huffman of Hawarden and James and Ernest Hubbard of Everly.

Funeral services were held at the Methodist church at Everly Friday morning.
