July 17, 1893, died at her home in Jasper Township, Mrs. O. H. Heaton, aged about 35 years. The funeral services were held at the home yesterday, Elder Jos. Peregrime officiating and the remains were laid to rest in the Prairie Rose Cemetery. The deceased was a member of the Christian Church, and her life was in the keeping with her profession. She was a kind wife, an affectionate mother, and a good neighbor. She leaves a sorrowing husband, five loving children, and numberless friends to mourn her sudden demise.
