MRS. P. FOGARTY.— Mrs. Pearl Fogarty, of Homebush, passed away suddenly last Thursday, at the age of 53.
After Requiem Mass at St. Dominics, Flemington, the remains were laid to rest at Rookwood cemetery.
Mrs. Fogarty was well known in Cessnock and Maitland districts and was a sister of the late Les Darcy, champion boxer.
Mrs. Fogarty is survived by her husband and son Frank, brothers Jack and Joseph Darcy, of Merewether, sisters Mrs. K. Farnham (Cessnock), Mrs. Muriel Atkins (Tamworth), Mrs. Lily O'Brien (Canberra).
