Hettie was the beloved daughter of Mose Jarman and Hester Matilda Shivars Jarman. She was the first wife of Alva Leslie Marshburn whom she married on Dec 27, 1916. Their children were Alva Cox Marshburn; James Arnold Marshburn; Thomas Clayton Marshburn; and Earl Grayson Marshburn. Sadly, Hettie died from complications of Myocarditis. She had sustained a severe burn earlier in life which most likely contributed for her weak immune system. She is deeply missed.∼Wife of
