Ella Steenerson 1904-1994

Ella Steenerson, 90, of Clearbrook died August 13, 1994, at the Good Samaritan Center in Clearbrook.
She was born April 9, 1904, in Clearbrook, the daughter of Karl and Ingeborg Kihlstadius. She was raised and educated at a country school near Clearbrook. She married Eddie Steenerson on June 30, 1922, in Clearbrook. He died July 27, 1976.
She attended the First Baptist Church in Clearbrook and was active in many church groups. She was also a member of the bowling legue. She accepted the Lord as her personal Savior in 1942. She lived in the Clearbrook area all of her life and entered the Good Samaritan Center in Clearbrook in 1986.
Survivors include two daughters, Delores Hemerding of Duluth, and Janis Zeman of Warroad, Minnesota; one brother, Alvin Kihlstadius; 11 grandchildren and 13great grandchildren.
She was peceded in death by her husband, one grandson and 11 brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were Wednesday, August 17, at the Country Faith Church in Clearbrook with the Rev. Larry Dorman officiating. Interment was at the Silver Creek Cemetery, Clearbrook, with the Cease Family Funeral Home, Bagley, in charge of arrangements.
