Mrs. Tucci Leaves 48 Descendants
Mrs. Celestina Tucci, 65, widow of Anthony Tucci, died suddenly yesterday at her home, 1210 N. State st. She had lived in Syracuse 47 years.
Surviving are seven sons, Arthur, Orlando, Cree, Leonard, Angelo, John, Deputy Sheriff Victor Tucci; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Gorgoni Maramao of Minoa, Mrs. James Bongo, Mrs. Louis Fenocchi and Mrs. John Busco; 31 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:45 a.m. Monday at the Pirro and Sons funeral home and at 11:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Pompei church where the Rev. William L. Walsh will celebrate a solemn high mass of requiem. Burial will be in Assumption cemetery. Calling hours are from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. today and tomorrow.
