Helen Tucci Fenocchi Barnaba, of Syracuse, passed away Friday at Crouse Hospital. A life resident of Syracuse, Helen was the owner and operator of Mademoiselle Beauty Salon. A devout Catholic, Mrs. Barnaba was a communicant of Our Lady of Pompei Church and a past member of Blessed Sacrament Seniors Club and Our Lady of Pompei Senior Club. She was predeceased by her first husband, Louis Fenocchi, in 1973; her second husband, Thomas Barnaba, in 1992; her son, Gary Fenocchi, in 1988; seven brothers; and three sisters. Surviving are her daughter, Lynn (George) LeFever of Camillus; her son, Robert (Marcia) Fenocchi of Camillus; sister, Lucille Busco of Syracuse; brother, John (Hazel) Tucci of North Carolina; grandchildren, Nicole (Adrian) Nial of Stoneham, MA, Natalie Fenocchi of Camillus and Christopher LeFever of St. Petersburg, FL; adopted grandson, Johna-than Schiano of Syracuse; and great-grandchildren, Katie and Quinn Nial. Funeral services will be conducted 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME and 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial in Veterans Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park St. Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY, 990 Seventh North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088 or Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave., Syracuse, NY 13208.
