Mrs. Willis was born in Fayette County, daughter of Don W. and Sue Kollman Smith. She was a member of First Christian Church. She married James R. Willis in 1955.
Surviving are her husband; mother of Kearny, Ariz., brothers, Robert G. Smith of Brownstown and Donald Joe Smith of Kearny; and a sister, Blanche Fowler of Toccoa.
