Albert Lonzo "Buddy" Adams was the son of John Elbert & Rosie Lee Winkles Adams. Buddy married Ruth Worley and to this union was born four children - Marie, Alice, Mildred, and Albert Lonzo, Jr.

Obit:
A funeral for Albert L. Adams, Sr., 58, of Atlanta, Ga., who died Monday at Atlanta, Ga., will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Moon Cemetery with Laughlin-Service Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Adams was a former resident of Huntsville.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Janie C. Adams of Atlanta; three daughters, Mrs. Curtis Miller of Huntsville, Mrs. Ruben Gaught of Valtaraiso[sic], Ind., and Mrs. Lloyd Gates of Houston, Tex.; one son, Albert L. Adams Jr. of Syracuse, N.Y; two sisters, Mrs. Walter Byrd [sic] and Mrs. Virginia Jones, both of Huntsville; two brothers, John R. Adams of Opelika, Ala., and William Adams of California; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

In addition to those listed in the obituary, Buddy was survived by his step-daughter, Rosa Lee Hooks. Janie Adams was born in 1925 and died in 1994.
