Margaret was born in Dykes, Kentucky on July 18th, 1941, daughter of the late Willie and Nannie Meece Brinson. She was a retired seamstress and of the Baptist faith. Margaret was very active in her Church, loved cooking, and watching the Kentucky Wildcats. Above all, she loved and cherished spending time with her family.
Margaret was survived by three sons, Robin Hall of Ferguson, Kentucky, Gerald Duane Hall of Somerset, Kentucky, and Jimmy Hall of Ferguson, Kentucky; one daughter, Elaine (and Scott) Begley of Somerset, Kentucky; one brother, Cecil "Pete" Brinson; one sister, Janet Woodall; three grandchildren, Heather Begley, Steven Begley, and R.D. Begley; three great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Cox, Haley Meece, and Morgan Meece; and a host of other family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Enoch Brinson, who departed this life on January 5th, 1986 and Nannie Florence Brinson, who departed this life on March 23rd, 1973; her husband, Gerald "Jerry" Hall, who departed this life on March 19th, 2008; seven brothers, Ernest "Ernie" Brinson, who departed this life on December 19th, 1981, Arnold Brinson, who departed this life on September 25th, 2014, Carvel Eugene "Todd" Brinson, who departed this life on May 19th, 1980, Leo Brinson, who departed this life on May 31st, 2011, Alonzo William "Bill" Brinson, who departed this life on November 16th, 2014, Garland Brinson, who departed this life on July 25th, 2016, and James "Starland" Brinson, who departed this life on October 23rd, 2020; and one sister, Genie V. Brinson, who died in infancy on June 12th. 1928.
Visitations were held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28th, 2020 at the Southern Oaks Funeral Home in Somerset, Kentucky.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28th, 2020 in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Moore officiating.
Burial followed in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
