Paul H. Biery, 61 of Rt. 5, near Dayton, a machinist at Fairfield Manufacturing Company for over 40 years, died at 2 a.m. Saturday in Home Hospital, 20 minutes after he was admitted. He had a heart condition but had not been ill. He was born at Dayton and had farmed. He was married in 1929 to Maude Paul. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church and Masonic Lodge 103 at Dayton. Surviving with the widow are a daughter, Mrs. Paul Finkenbinder of Rt. 4; two sons, Edwin Bruce and Miles Keith, both of Rt. 5; two sisters, Mrs. Harold Moore of Rossville and Mrs. Joseph Kerkhoff of Rt. 4, and three brothers, Thomas of Dayton, and Miles and Kenneth, both of Rt. 5.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Monday at Baker Funeral Home, Dayton. Body will lie in state an hour before services at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Dayton Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Richard A. Craig officiating; Interment in Dayton Cemetery. Ten grandchildren survive. The family suggests friends may wish to contribute to the church's memorial fund.
