Mr. Keith Warren Shook, 56, of Creeks End Lane, Hiddenite, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016 at Catawba Valley Medical Center after a period of declining health.

Mr. Shook was born in Lynn Haven, FL. on January 17, 1959 to the late Carl Edgar Shook, Sr. and Anna Scheck Shook.

He was disabled but had worked years ago for Lewittes Furniture.

Including his parents, he was preceded in death by: a brother, Randy Shook and a sister, Susie Taylor.

Those left to cherish his memory include: three sisters, Kathie Hartness of Statesville, Laura Campbell of Hiddenite, Rebecca Goodwin and husband, Patrick, of Hiddenite; five brothers, Carl Shook, Jr. and wife, Tanya, of Taylorsville, Danny Shook and wife, Phyllis, of Rural Hall, Sidney Shook of Hiddenite, Shawn Shook and wife, Amanda, of Salisbury, Keiser Shook and wife, Janet, of Stony Point; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will conduct a memorial service at 1 p.m., Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church. Rev. Steve Parks will officiate. Adams Funeral Home and cremation services is serving the Shook Family.
