Clinton. Mrs. Hannah B. Hamilton, age 82, of Tallwood Homes, and widow of Arthur W. Hamilton, Sr., died Thursday, May 12, 1988 at Bailey Memorial Hospital in Clinton.
She was born in Chester and was the daughter of the late Neely and Daisy Morrison Bigham. She was retired from Whitten Center and a member of Rock Bridge Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are four sons, Rev. William A. Hamilton, Jr. of Chandler, Texas, Rev, James Kenneth Hamilton of Hickory Tavern, Neely E. Hamilton of Clinton and Jack A. Hamilton of Greenville; two daughters, Mrs. Georgia Brewer and Mrs. David (Elizabeth) Beaty, both of Clinton, three brothers, Gilbert Bigham, Russell Bigham, and Robert Bigham, all of Clinton; three sisters, Mrs. Robert (Katie) Wingo of Macon, Georgia, Mrs. Elbert (Ruby) Self of Laurens and Mrs. Estess (Daisy) Campbell of Clinton; twenty-one grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 4 PM in Rock Bridge Presbyterian Church by Rev. W.L. Phillips, Rev. Richard E. Abel and Rev. William Hamilton, Jr., with interment in Rosemont Cemetery.
Family visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday from 7 until 9 PM.
The family is at the home of Mr. and Mrs. David Beaty of Edgewood Drive in Clinton.
