Announcement is made of the marriage of Miss Allamy (Ella Mae) Love and Dee Hawley, both of Provence, which was celebrated in simple fashion Friday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Artierie Burgess, 18 Seventh Avenue northeast, with Miss Angie Hawley as the only attendant of the bride. Mr. and Mrs. Hawley will establish a home in Provence."

Graveside services for Ella Mae Hawley, 92, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 14, 2004, at Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. M.E. Dickenson and the Rev. Billy Smith officiating.

Born Dec. 13, 1911, east of Ardmore to the late Mose and Barthenia White Love, she died May 10, 2004, at a local health care facility.

A lifelong resident of Ardmore, she married Dee Hawley here on Oct. 24, 1930, and was a former seamstress and dietitian at Will Rogers School. Her faith was Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her husband on Jan. 26, 1969; and a grandson, Mark Ozment.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Ortrey and Harlene Hawley; a daughter, Mary Lou Ozment; a sister, Etta Gilliam, and brother, Joyce Love, all of Ardmore; four grandchildren and their spouses, Dana and Tom Prather, Revonda and Tom Shilling, Sherri and Mel Barker and Mike and Debbie Ozment; and eight great-grandchildren.

Craddock Funeral Home will direct services.
