Racehorse. Hill Prince was a United States Hall of Fame Thoroughbred. He was bred and raced by Christopher Tompkins Chenery, owner of Meadow Stud farm in Doswell, Virginia. He was a son of the Champion sire, Princequillo, and from the mare, Hildene.

A three time Champion in American Thoroughbred racing between 1949 and 1951, Hill Prince won the 1950 Preakness Stakes and was voted the United States Horse of the Year.

He died in 1970 at Meadow Stud where he is buried.
