Margaret L. "Peg" Schroth, 96, of Milford, passed away on Thursday Dec.19, 2013 at her home.

Born Feb. 18, 1917 in Milford, Peg was a life long resident of Milford. She worked as a dental assistant for sixteen years at the office of Dr. Arnold Arenes in Milford. She was also a homemaker. Peg enjoyed reading, crocheting and puzzles. She liked baseball and was an avid Phillies fan.

Daughter of the late Elmer and Cora Edinger LaFevre, Peg's beloved husband, John B. Schroth passed away in 1969. She is survived by two daughters Carol Woolaver and her husband Brent of Little Egg Harbor, and Gretchen Apgar and her husband Clyde of Milford, her grandchildren Michael and Timothy Woolaver, Michelle O'Mara, Christopher Apgar and Heather Fike, great grandchildren Katie, Molly, Shannon and Kristen O'Mara, Sam and Micaela Woolaver, Nicole and Jack Apgar and Kaitlyn Fike, her brother Terrance LaFevere and numerous nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers Jack and Elmer LaFevere and five sisters Elizabeth Rickert, Shirley Adams, Jean Crouse, Joan Deremer and Olive Hampton.

A graveside service will be held on Friday Dec. 27, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Milford Union Cemetery, Rt. 519, Milford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
