Henry Kring, 78, Of Turckey Creek Rd., South Bend, Indiana, passed away at his home Friday evening of natural causes. Henry was born Dec, 2, 1826, in Osnaburg Twp., Stark Co., Ohio. Henry emigrated to Indiana with his parents at an early age, and worked as a farmer all his life.
On Oct. 3, 1854 in St. Joseph Co., Ind.,he married Sarah Miller, born April 16, 1832, in Stark Co., Ohio, daughter of John and Catherine (Wenger) Miller.
The Kring's were members of the German Baptist Church of South Bend.
Burial will be in Bowman Cemetery, South Bend.
