On Sept. 9, 1814, she married Frederick Kring of Cambria Co. PA., the son of George and Magdalena (Fry) Kring.
Lizzie's (she was called) occupation was being the wife of a hard working farmer, one of the leading farmers in the county, and help raise their eleven children; Joseph, John, Sarah, Susan George, Polly, Elizabeth, Henry, Mary, Catherine, and William. The Kring's were members of Brethren Church, and did lay work for needy people in the county.
On April 10, 1872, Lizzie passed away in her home in South Bend, of natural causes.
Both Lizzie and Frederick are buried in Rohrer Cemetery in South Bend.
