Funeral services for Charles Trester, who was found dead near Pennsylvania avenue Monday, will be held Thursday morning at 8:30 at Ballhorn Funeral Temple and at 9 o'clock at Holy Name church. Rev. Msgr. Phillip Dreis will have charge of the services and burial will be made in the family lot at Calvary cemetery. He was born in Sheboygan on June 25, 1863, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Trester. He attended Holy Name school and at the age of 13 years learned the cigar maker's trade, at which he worked in different factories in this city until his retirement five years ago. On May 17, 1886 he was united in marriage to Rose Harsey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Harsey at Holy Name church by the late Rev. Schweiger. His wife preceded him in death on February 16, 1933; also five children, one of whom was killed in the World war. Survivors are one son, Arthur Trester of Sheboygan; four sisters, Mrs. William Fahres, Sheboygan; Mrs. Henry Christoffel, Two Rivers; Mrs. Frank Biscobin, Milwaukee, and Mrs. George Weber of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and two grandchildren.
