Born in York Co., on August 1, 1925, he was the son of the late Abraham F. and Emma K. (Sweitzer) Bupp.
Mr. Bupp retired after being employed over the years with National Gypsum, Borg Warner and York Corrugating. Lewis was a U.S. Navy veteran serving in WWII. He was a member of the West York VFW.
He was the husband of the late Delores I. (Hartman) Bupp and leaves a son, Rodney L. Bupp and his wife, Linda; two daughters, Donna M. Yohe and her husband, Glenn, and Sharon I. Miller; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Esther Lau, Helen Smallwood and Mildred Schwartz.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, Christle L. Fuhrman and Carol A. Smith.
Interment was with military rites being presented by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.
