Ed owned a farm on the south side of what is now US Hwy 30, about two miles west of Silver Creek, NE, towards Clarks, NE. He is buried between his sister Kate Antrim Cook and his second wife Linnie. Children by 1st wife Mary Ellen Lock: Worth and Pearl (a male). Child by his 2nd wife: Etta.

Ed took a trip to Marion County, Iowa to visit his parents. While there, though married to Mary Ellen, he fell in love with a helper in his parents' home: Linnie. He came home, divorced Mary Ellen and married Linnie.

First wife Mary Ellen went by the name Ellen. Ed and Ellen had two known children, both sons: Worth (1876 - after 1932) and Pearl (or Purl) (1880-1927).

Ellen's father was born in Louisiana; and her mother was born in Indiana. Sometime after her divorce from Ed Antrim, Ellen seems to have married again to a Mr. Foster, and ended up in a mental institution in Cherokee, Iowa. It appears that she was in the mental institution "for insanity" at the time her mother's Will was settled March 21, 1910.

Ellen's mother was Mary Sutherlin Locke, who died in May 1910. Ellen's mother's Will listed five daughters: Susana Rilla Hill (Powers), Omaha, Nebraska. Mary Ellen Antrim (Foster) (Ellen Foster), Cherokee, Iowa. Annis M. Lock (Johnson), Omaha, Nebraska. Isabelle Holliday, Chariton, Iowa. Margaret Snow, Bussey, Iowa.

We've not been able to locate Ellen's grave, nor any other information about her.
