Marvin Kenneth Kamper, son of Herman Kamper and his wife Lydia Luebke, was born August 4, 1935 near St. Paul, Nebraska. On September 1 of the same year he was received into the communion of the Triune God by the sacred rite of Holy Baptism, thus becoming a brother of Christ, a child of God and an heir of everlasting life. Marvin departed from this life January 7, 1937, having reached the tender age of 1 year, 5 months and 4 days. The cause of his death was pneumonia.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at 1:30 from St. John's Lutheran Church. Internment was made at Rose Hill Cemetery.
He leaves to mourn his death the bereaved parents, three brothers, two sisters, besides a large circle of relatives.
