Rubber Worker. Son of John M. and Elizabeth (Ade) Bader. Married Elizabeth Belle Thompson on 2 Feb 1888 in Franklin County, OH. Father of William George b. 13 Mar 1889, Elizabeth Belle b. 29 Jul 1891, John Raymond b. 16 Dec 1893, Percy Henry b. 22 Feb 1896, Lewis Dewey b. 4 Oct 1898, Avis L. b. 12 Mar 1900, Russell Albert b. 19 Dec 1903, Mary Ruth b. 30 Mar 1905 and Nona Pauline b. 8 Sep 1906.

Funeral services have been arranged for John David Bader, 81, of 212 West Columbia st., who died at 7:45 p.m. Thursday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Glenn Leichner, 2116 Beatrice st. He had been seriously ill two weeks.
The services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home by the Rev. I. P. Day, pastor of Clifton Avenue Methodist Church. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
Born February 21, 1865 in Medway, Mr. Bader was a retired rubber worker and had resided in Clark County nearly all his life. He attended the Clifton Avenue Methodist Church.
Survivors include five sons, William G., Louis D., Russell A. and Percy H., all of Springfield; and John R. of Big Rapids, Michigan; three daughters, Mrs. J. B. Fennessy and Mrs. Glenn Leichner, both of Springfield, and Mrs. C. K. Graham of Evansville, Indiana; twelve grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
The body was taken to the Littleton Funeral Home.
