A. D. Juneau Sr. Dies at Age 59; Services Friday

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Catherine's Catholic Church for Aaron David Juneau Sr., 59, of 6116 Tulsa Ave., a local welder who died at his home at 4 p.m. Wednesday following a sudden illness.

Officiating will be the Rev. Frank Foret, church pastor. Burial will be in Forest Park.

A native of Echo, La., Mr. Juneau had lived here about 50 years. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 6, the 40 & 8, and Plumbers and Steamfitters Local No. 141.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Aaron David Juneau Jr., Shreveport; three daughters, Mrs. Herman R. Cranford and Mrs. Gerald J. Brouillette, both of Shreveport, and Mrs. Tim D. Barnes of Dallas, Tex.; two brothers, W. P. Juneau and L. J. Juneau, both of Shreveport; five sisters, Mrs. Virginie McGoggins, Mrs. A. T. Ray, Mrs. J. W. Roy and Mrs. R. C. Brossette, all of Shreveport, and Mrs. Hortense Goad of Tioga; and eight grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Arthur Friar, Harvey Clinton, John R. Davis, Jack Picataggi, R. H. Greenlee and J. L. Simpson.
