Amos L Corbin, 70, of 65 Larkspur Dr., South Vienna, died at 4:30 pm Monday July 16, 1973 in Community Hospital. He retired in 1967 as a punch operator for Speco Division of the Kelsey-Hayes Co. Mr. Corbin had worked at the firm for 27 years before retiring. A resident of Clark County 35 years he was born in Dearborn County Indiana Nov. 25, 1902 a son of Bassett L and Mary Van Osdel Corbin. Survivors include his wife, Eva M; two sons Kenneth of Wayne, Oh, and James of New Mooresfield, Oh; one daughter Mrs. Charles (Edith) Boltz of Springfield, Oh; seven grandchildren; one sister Mrs. Emma Drury of Battle Creek Mich, a brother George of Gallipolis, Oh and several nieces and nephews. His body was taken to the Littleton Funeral Home, where services will be held at 10 am Thursday with the Rev. James Riley pastor of Grace Baptist Church officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-5 and 7-9 pm Wednesday. Burial will be in the South Vienna Cemetery.
