Mrs. F. A. Johnson died at St. Mary's hospital, Saturday July 28th. having gone to that institute to submit to a surgical operation. Her home was at 162 South Main street. In addition to her husband and one daughter aged 8 years old, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. E. A. Edwards and two brothers, C. T. Collins of Decatur and L. J. Collins of Indianapolis Indiana. The funeral will be at 9:30 o'clock Monday forenoon at the home of her mother, Mrs. Edwards 162 South Main Street

Mrs. F. A. Johnson died at St. Mary's hospital, Saturday July 28th. having gone to that institute to submit to a surgical operation. Her home was at 162 South Main street. In addition to her husband and one daughter aged 8 years old, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. E. A. Edwards and two brothers, C. T. Collins of Decatur and L. J. Collins of Indianapolis Indiana. The funeral will be at 9:30 o'clock Monday forenoon at the home of her mother, Mrs. Edwards 162 South Main Street
