Abraham settled in Columbiana County, Ohio and in his day was known as one of the best hewers of timber in this part of the state. Also an expert at riving and shaving shingles.

This next is a receipt from his father estate --- Received November 25th 1876 of John Culler administrator of the estate of John Culler deceased. Fifteen Dollars as part of my distributive share of said estate. ABRAHAM CULLER

In the 1870 census, taken on the 25 of June, Abraham and his family were living in Elkrun Township, Columbiana County, Ohio. He was listed as Abram Culler a Laborer age 62 born in Pennsylvania, his wife Elizabeth age 60 born in Pennsylvania, their children listed were: Franklin age 28, Benjamin age 26, Joseph age 19, Eliza A. age 16 and Samantha age 10, all were born in Ohio. (Note--Samantha's age should read 15 and Eliza A. should read 23)
