Mrs. Katherine Siemsen
Mrs. Vernon (Katherine) Siemsen, 59, of 3433 Stebner Road, died Friday in Sebeka while attending a wedding. A native of Wadena, she was a Duluth resident since 1942.
Surviving are her husband, Vernon; a daughter, Mrs. Howard (Judy) Sedor, Minneapolis; four sons, Merlin, Emray, Gary and Randy, all of Duluth; two brothers, Ernest and Emray Lehner, both of Sebeka; six sisters. Mrs. Lawrence Alivin, Punta Gorda, Fla.; Mrs. Grace Poncelet, Haysville, Kan.; Mrs. Oscar (Clarice) Widell, Sebeka; Mrs. Mable Daniels, Staples; Mrs. David (Linda) Huttunen, Wadena, and Mrs. Donald (Betty) Vernon, Oak Ridge, Ore.; and nine grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, March 2 at 2 P.M. at Salem Lutheran Church in Duluth with Rev. Glenn Bitter officiating. Interment at Bethany. Arrangements were with the Bell Bros. Funeral Home of Duluth.
