Married David Ralston in 1803 and after he died, she married James Mitchell.

Nancy "Agnes" Sharp was born on the West Side Of Crooked Creek,in Armstrong Twp, Westmoreland Co., PA, which is now Crooked Creek, Rayne Twp., Indiana Co., PA.

Indiana County officially came into existance in 1803 and before that the southern part of the modern day Indiana county had been part of Westmoreland County since 1773. The progression of counties this area belonged to, is as follows: After 1750 and before 1770 it was part of Cumberland County; in 1771 it became part of Bedford County which was carved out of Cumberland. In 1773, Bedford was split in two and this are became part of Westmoreland county and it remained with this county until the reorganization of 1800 and finally became Indiana County, in 1803. Basically, Indiana county north of here was either unorganized territiory or part of the larger Northumberland County until 1803. (Draw a line, west to east, from Sagamore, thru Arcadia and south was Westmoreland and north was Northumberland.)∼Daughter of Capt Andrew Sharp, Rev War soldier. First white child born west of Crooked Creek in Shelocta, Pa.

4. Ann, m. to Samuel Moorhead who died in 1853 at thirty-eight years of age. Their children were: James, m. to Jennie McMurtrie; William; and Clara. Samuel Moorhead was a colonel in the militia, a son of Fergus, and grandson of Fergus Moorhead, the pioneer. Mrs. Moorhead has Captain Andrew Sharp's old Bible.
5. Eliza, m. in 1848 to Absalom Montgomery. Their children were : Alexander, m. to Statira Jackson; Jane; Anna Bell; William Woods; Sharp; Mitchell; Zenas Woodward; Irene; Anthony; and David Elder.
6. Alexander (killed falling off a tree)
7. Agnes, m. to Robert Gilson
8. Rebecca, m. to Robert Lytle
9. William (died in California)
