She came to Missouri from Tennessee with her family in the 1840's.
She had 10 siblings.
Louisa married Alfred Green on December 23, 1852 in Greene County, Missouri. This south east area of Greene soon became Webster County in 1855, then a southern part of Webster County became Christian County in 1859.
Alfred and Louisa lived and farmed land in the area of Bruner, Christian County.
They had twelve children together.
Louisa passed away sometime in 1875 after the birth of her youngest child in January of that same year. Cause of death is still unknown, although complications of childbirth is a realistic possibility.
