Ervin "Erv" A. Welk, 77, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006 at his home from complications of Alzheimer's disease. There were no public services held.
He was born on March 5, 1928 in Zap to Fred and Rose (Flemmer) Welk.
Ervin is survived by his wife of 50 years, Rosemary; son Steven and daughter-in-law, Stacy, Huntington Beach, Calif.; sister, Eldora (Gus) Morlock, two nieces and two nephews and their children, all of North Dakota and Minnesota.
He was proceeded in death by his parents and two brothers, Rueben and David.
The family asks that memorials be made either to Vista Care, 1625 E. Prater Way, #108, Sparks, Nev. or the Alzheimer's Association, 705 Wells Ave., Reno, Nev. 89502.
