Ivan C. Snyder, 133396 E. Colfax Ave., Aurora, Died June 5, 1988 at Aurora Presbyterian Hospital in Aurora. He ws born Dec. 23, 1944 in Canon City to Albert J. and Cora M. (Acton) Snyder. He was 43 years old.
Mr. Snyder was a quality control inspector of Whittaker Assemble Corp. He served with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam period, and favored the Southern Baptist faith.
He married in March 16, 1968 in Canon City. She survives, as do two sons, both of the family home in Aurora; four sisters and one brother: Alta Woodard and one other sister, both of Florence; Virginia Mae Kissell and a brother, both of Pueblo; sister of Canon City; sister-in-law: Florence Kelso of Florence; numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Snyder was preceded in death by his father an mother; and two brothers: Albert Snyder Jr. in 1964 and Wesley Curtis Snyder in 1972.
Services Thursday, June 9 at 11 a.m. Florence Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Larry Freeman officiating. Interment in Union Highland Cemetery, Florence.
