Harvey A. Bruce, 60, of the Belspring community, a justice of peace in the Dublin district for years, died Monday morning in Community hospital, Radford.
Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Belspring Methodist church. The Rev. A. Carr Jones conducted the services. Burial was in Sunrise cemetery.
Mr. Bruce was born in Belspring January 21, 1881. For a number of years he was trustee of the Belspring Methodist church.
He is survived by his widow, the former Maggie G. Linkous; five sons. Garnett, and Donald Bruce, of Belspring; Cecil and Howard Bruce, of Radford, and Ralph Bruce, of Richmond, and two brothers, George Bruce, of Toledo. Ohio, and L. W. Bruce, of Bluefield.
