M.M. "Brownie" Calvin, a retired realtor, died Friday at a Fort Worth hospital. He was 84.

Funeral was to be at 12:30 p.m. today at Greenwood Funeral Home. Burial was to be in Greenwood Memorial Park.

Mr. Calvin was born in Markley in North Texas and had lived in Fort Worth for 60 years. He was a life member of the Fort Worth Board of Realtors, Polytechnic Masonic Lodge and Las Vegas Trail Church of Christ. He was married to Cora P. Calvin, who died in November.

Survivors: Two brothers, V.A. Calvin of Diamond, Okla., and C.C. Calvin Jr. of Cooper, and three sisters, Lelia Langford and Vera Bashline, both of Graham, and Inez Hathcox of Dallas.
