Indianapolis police were continuing their investigation into the robbery and murder of Inez Vearrier on Thursday while relatives in Muncie were planning her funeral at Elm Ridge Cemetery.

Mrs. Vearrier, 53, was a former employee of Delaware Hotel in Muncie, who had lived in Indianapolis about eight years. Her body was found at the rear of a two-story frame apartment house she owned at 1919 N. Delaware St. there.

Surviving are her son, James Vearrier, Santa Ana, Calif.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Glasson, 322 E. Ninth St.; five sisters, Mrs. Gayle (Joyce) Marley, Seymour, Mrs. Harold (Betty) Gunckle, Anderson, Mrs. Graham (Gloria) Robinson, Farmland, Mrs. Wallace (Grace) Case and Mrs. Audrey Hartzell, both of Muncie; and two brothers, Larry Glasson, Allentown, Pa., and Darrell Glasson, Selma.

Services will be held in Elm Ridge Mausoleum at 10 a.m. Saturday with Rev. John W. Cooper officiating. Friends may call at the mausoleum an hour before the services. Meeks Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
